Each plan has a one time initial $49 processing fee that is due when you sign up along with the first month's payment. When setting up the plan, we will store a credit or debit card on file with a secure encryption code, and the monthly payment comes out automatically on the same day each month.

The plan is for 12 months, and cannot be canceled prior to the end of that 12 months. A reminder email will be sent out 30 days prior to the end of the plan, and the first of the month the plan expires.

The plans are set up to renew automatically at the end of the 12 months. If you wish to not auto-renew, you can let us know when you sign up to turn off auto-renew, or contact us at any time before the renewal to request us to turn off auto-renewal.

All puppy plans will automatically be renewed to the Canine Preventative Plan with the same flea and tick/heartworm option as the puppy plan you chose. Visit the Canine Preventative Plan site to find out more information.

The heartworm prevention that comes with the plan is Iverhart Max or ProHeart 6. Should you choose ProHeart 6, the first 6 months will be IverHart Max, as ProHeart, the pet must be 6 months of age for administration. If you choose the Simparica Trio, you will receive 12 months of Simparica trio.
